Split green gram skinless (dhuli moong dal) soaked and boiled 1 cup,
Pressed rice (poha) soaked 1 cup,
Oil 1/2 tablespoon,
Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon,
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon,
Green chilli finely chopped 1,
Curry leaves 5-7,
Onions chopped 2 medium,
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon,
Salt to taste,
Sugar a pinch,
Fresh coriander chopped 2 tablespoons
1- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2- Add green chilli and curry leaves and saute for half a minute.
3- Add onions, turmeric powder and sauté for half a minute.
4- Add green gram and mix well and saute for two minutes.
5- Add poha and mix well and cook till heated through.
6- Add salt and sugar and mix well.
7- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
